Category Meetings and General Meetings will be combined. General Meeting will begin at the conclusion of Category Meetings and may begin before lunch.
Lunch: A buffet lunch is available at MEBA in the cafeteria across from the building the meeting is in. The cost will be $10.00 per person. If you are planning on eating lunch at MEBA, the ticket must be purchased in advance. The Region will purchase tickets for those making reservations in advance. These tickets can be paid for the day of the meeting, however, you must either call or email Hope Prather to reserve tickets at (757) 535-1546 or hsp37@aol.com . Cut off for ticket reservations is October 15th.
